Information
Paradigm Attorney Service is open Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Our experienced staff is ready to discuss any service of process requests
you may have.
Our process servers receive your assignments the same day you send them
to us when service is to be made in the local areas. Papers for
other states are placed in the field within three to five business
days. Of course same day service is available in all areas.
Paradigm Attorney Service does not charge for repeated attempts to affect
service. We will make attempts until service is made, the address
is determined to be invalid, or it is determined that the subject is
avoiding service. We will contact you with creative suggestions on
how we can affect service if the subject is avoiding. See creative
examples here.
Routine Services
All Routine Service are placed in the field for service no later than one
day following the receipt of the request. Routine services are
attempted a minimum of once every 72 hours. Your service will be attempted
the same day and each day thereafter until the documents are served, the
address is determined to be invalid, or it is determined that the subject
is avoiding service.
Rush Services
All Rush services are placed in the field for service the same day for
all local areas and in any remote/nationwide areas whenever emailing or
faxing is an option. Your service will be attempted the same day and each
day thereafter until the documents are served, the address is determined
to be invalid, or it is determined that the subject is avoiding service.
